The Systems Are Shifting. So Are We.
You know that here at CORXLY, we build systems with heart—designed for humans, not hypotheticals.
But right now, the systems we’ve counted on for equity and access are being dismantled.
In just the last few weeks:
The federal government issued Executive Orders eliminating all DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs across federal agencies—terminating roles, removing protections for contractors, and pushing for “merit-only” initiatives that ignore systemic inequities.
The Department of Justice quietly removed 11 ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidance documents—resources that helped businesses understand how to support people with disabilities, including COVID protocols and accessibility compliance.
These aren’t just political headlines. They’re personal.
They impact every disabled entrepreneur trying to access capital.
Every neurodivergent freelancer searching for a system that fits their brain.
Every underrepresented founder building against the odds.
At CORXLY, we’re not just watching this happen.
We’re doubling down.
Because inclusion isn’t optional. Accessibility isn’t a feature.
And for our community, this work is survival.
If you're feeling angry, anxious, or just really freaking tired—I see you.
And I’m right there with you.
We're building the future we need—one voice-to-task, one project, one conversation at a time.
