This was supposed to go out three weeks ago, but I was too busy crying.

Hey All,

This email was supposed to go out three weeks ago…. Actually, if we’re being honest, I’ve been sitting on it for months —because the last few of months have been hard.

I spent a good chunk of them crying out of frustration, trying to push through things that just weren’t working, and feeling like I was running into walls.

So, here’s what’s gong on: we had to part ways with our development partner.

CORXLY, as we originally planned it, hit a breaking point. We ran into limitations—some financial, some technical, some just straight-up not what we wanted. And now, we’re doing this in-house.

Completely.

I wish I could tell you that decision felt empowering. Mostly, it felt like standing at the edge of a cliff and realizing there’s no bridge.

Where We’re At Now

So here’s what’s happening:

🚧 We’re rebuilding CORXLY from the ground up.

Fully custom, fully ours.

That means no more workarounds, no more constraints that don’t make sense.

It also means taking our time to do this right. We’re aiming for an early summer launch for the full platform.

🛠️ In the meantime, we’re rolling out something that will actually help right now—the CORXLY Extension. It’s a simple but powerful browser tool designed to:

🔹 Help you remember why you opened 37 tabs in the first place.
🔹 Keeps you on track with an integrated Pomodoro timer.
🔹 Gives gentle nudges when you start tab-hopping (because we all know how that goes).

It’s almost done. Launching late February/early March, and all of you will get first access.

A Space for Bigger Conversations

Outside of the product, I’ve been thinking a lot about work—how we work, who gets left out of those conversations, and what it actually means to build tools that serve neurodivergent people well.

That’s why I’m launching a LinkedIn series on the Future of Work. Not because of this pivot, not because of any “strategy shift,” but because these conversations need to be had.

We’re going to talk about:
🔹 Productivity and burnout beyond the usual hustle-bro nonsense
🔹 What it actually means to create neuroinclusive spaces
🔹 The ways we work differently—and why that’s a strength

If that resonates, come join the conversation. Follow me here. If you want to join in on that conversation, fill this out!

And If You Want to Be Part of This in a Bigger Way…

We’re building this with you. A huge part of what comes next is getting input from people who actually care about making work better, not just more optimized. That’s why we’re moving the conversation into Slack.

If you want to help shape CORXLY, share what’s working for you (or what’s not), or just hang with people who get it—come join us. Here’s the invite.

I don’t have a neat way to wrap this up. This isn’t a tidy startup update where everything is great and moving exactly as planned.

It’s messy. It’s frustrating. And also, somehow, it still feels like the start of something better.

So, if you’ve got thoughts, questions, or just want to say hi—hit reply.

We’re still building. And I’m really, really glad you’re here.
